Natalie + Joel | Camp Pendleton Homecoming | San Diego Military Homecoming Photographer

This homecoming really hit close to home as the reunion took place just a few hundred yards from my husband’s squadron. A fly in like this is something really incredible! Emotions were high as we all waited to see the cobras and hueys crest the horizon… and once they did, well you could feel that vibrate down the line! Natalie had waited months for this day, so when Joel landed and climbed out of the helicopter it was all she could do not to run to him right then. And as soon as the all-clear was given, she took off to be in his arms. These things always make me cry.
